At Aropura, we do everything we can to deliver your order to your home quickly, safely, and carefully. Below you will find all information about shipping.

Shipping costs: €4.95
Free shipping from €45

Belgium
Shipping costs: €6.95
Free shipping from €45

Other countries in Europe
Shipping costs: €4.95
We ship to almost all European countries.

For orders over €45, shipping is free.


Shipping Time and Processing

Orders received before 23:59 will be processed and shipped the same day.

Delivery time:

  • Netherlands: 1 working day

  • Belgium: 1 working day

  • Other countries: 1–3 business days

Processing and shipping take place on all days except Saturday. We do process orders on Sundays.


Shipping and Delivery

We ship with DHL as standard. For international shipments, we also engage reliable partner carriers.

Each order receives a track-and-trace code. Shipments are not insured as standard.

Pick-up on location is not possible.


Delays and Holidays

In the event of delays from the delivery service, we start an investigation to find out what went wrong.

During holidays, processing and delivery may take a little longer. We are not responsible for delays that occur with the carrier.


Multi-Product Orders

If you order multiple products, we will always ship them in one package.


Problems with Your Delivery

Is there something wrong with your delivery? Please contact our customer service within 5 working days of receipt and send clear photos of what you have received. We will then investigate the issue and look for a suitable solution together.


Uncollected Parcels

Has your package been returned because it was not collected? Please contact us. We will investigate the situation and see what is possible.
