At Aropura, you always have the option to return your order within 30 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. Below you can read exactly how it works.
Conditions for Return
You may open the shipping box to view your order. However, the product itself must not have been used or activated. The content must be 100% complete and untouched.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
How Do Returns Work?
Would you like to return an item? Please always contact our customer service first.
If your return is eligible, you will receive a return form with instructions via email. This form is mandatory for the return process to run correctly.
Providing a reason for your return is not mandatory, but it helps us process your request faster and more efficiently.
You will receive the return address through the return form.
Return Costs
The costs for returning your order are at your own expense.
If something went wrong on our side or your product arrived damaged, please contact us. We will provide a suitable solution.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 working days. In most cases, this happens within 5 working days.
The original shipping costs will also be refunded, but only for the standard shipping option. Any additional shipping services selected are not included in the refund.
Exceptions
Used or opened car perfumes cannot be returned.
Damaged orders must be reported to our customer service within a reasonable time. We will assist you in finding a suitable solution.
If you received free products with your order, you must return the entire order, including the free items. If these items are not returned, your return request will not be accepted.
